Journalism

What type of journalism should I major in to become a music journalist?

My school offers the following:
Broadcast
Multimedia
Print Journalism
Plus a few others (that I’m pretty sure aren’t it).
I really want to work for a music magazine one day.

If you want to be a print journalist, major in print journalism.
If you want to be a Broadcast Journalist, major in Broadcast Journalism.
etc.

If you want to specialize in writing (or broadcasting) about music, then you have to also become an expert in the type of music you want to specialize in.

Imagine: John Lennon (Deluxe Edition)

$6.77

It can hardly be a coincidence that this “deluxe edition” of John Lennon – Imagine should be issued in late 2005, a couple of months after what would have been the former Beatle’s 65th birthday and mere days before the 25th anniversary of his death.
